Returns and Refunds


Our refund policy is 7 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item preferably with Fedex or DHL.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
 
Exchanges 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or different item of same or lower cost, send us an email at info@illustriouswallart.com or theillustriousgroup.co@gmail.com and we will give you step by step instructions on how to proceed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from you.

Domestic Shipping Policy (Asia)

Shipment processing time on all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Domestic Shipping Price :Standard Shipping (5 - 8 days) INR149

                                         Express Shipping (2- 5 days) INR399

International Shipping Policy (Rest Of The World)

International Shipping Price: Standard Shipping (9 -16 days) INR5000

Our products are shipped using the following carriers: FedEx UPS Blue Dart, India Post. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
